

Associate
Prior to joining MCB, Deborah held assistant corporation counsel and associ颅ate attorney positions at different firms in New York State. During this time, she performed legal research; drafted memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents; conducted depositions; and represented clients in court and other legal proceedings. Earlier in her career, she held legal internships and clerk颅ships at public service groups such as the Volunteer Lawyer鈥檚 Project and the Monroe Bar Association Diversity initiative. These multiple roles have provid颅ed invaluable experience into all aspects of complex litigation, including legal analysis, development of optimal defense strategies, preparation and manage颅ment of court exhibits, and working with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and court personnel.
Deborah received her B.A. from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York in 2019. She earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2022, where she concentrated in Health Law and also served as Pres颅ident of the Black Law Student Association. Deborah is admitted to practice in New York.
